The governance of Grace Evangelical Covenant Church is based on a Leadership Team model made up of the Senior Pastor and 8 elected members from the congregation. The Leadership Team oversees a variety of Ministry Teams formed to carry out the ministries of Grace. All members and friends of Grace are encouraged to serve in their areas of giftedness.
