The Church has always been built by ordinary people who said "yes" to God's extraordinary calling. Whether that calling leads to serving in the local church, leading a ministry, or pursuing vocational ministry, healthy leaders don't appear overnight—they are developed over time.
Inspired by Hebrews 12:1–2, which reminds us that we are "surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses," Cloud Academy exists to equip the next generation of Christ-centered leaders. Through intentional discipleship, biblical training, practical ministry experience, and meaningful mentoring relationships, we help students and adults discover how God has uniquely gifted and called them to serve.
This is more than a class. It's a journey of spiritual growth, leadership development, and ministry preparation.
Who Is Cloud Academy For?
Cloud Academy is designed for high school students, college students, and adults who:
- Desire to grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus.
- Sense God leading them toward greater responsibility in His Church.
- Want to develop as ministry leaders, church leaders, or disciple-makers.
- Are exploring a possible call to vocational ministry.
- Believe God may be preparing them for greater Kingdom impact.
Whether you're just beginning to ask questions about your calling or already serving in leadership, Cloud Academy is designed to help you take your next faithful step.
What You'll Experience
Participants engage in a year-long leadership development pathway that includes:
- Monthly leadership gatherings centered on Scripture and practical ministry.
- One-on-one mentoring with experienced church leaders.
- Hands-on ministry opportunities in real ministry environments.
- Leadership coaching, discussion, and accountability.
- Exposure to different areas of church ministry and leadership.
- A community of fellow leaders pursuing God's calling together.
Our Goal
Our goal is not simply to train volunteers or prepare future pastors. Our goal is to develop mature followers of Jesus who lead with humility, serve with excellence, and faithfully steward whatever calling God places before them.
As Colossians 2:6–7 reminds us:
"Continue to live your lives in Him, rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith."
We believe the strongest leaders are those whose lives are deeply rooted in Christ. Everything else grows from there.
